Residential delivery is delivery to a home, including a business operating out of a home that does not have an entrance open to the public. If you are unsure about whether your Ship To address is a residence, your driver will make the determination for you. Additional charges will apply for residential delivery service.
Shipping Date represents the actual date that a shipment is tendered to FedEx by the customer. A shipment may be picked up by FedEx or dropped off at a FedEx location. With Future Day Shipping, you can request a ship date up to 10 days in advance.
Profiles can save time when you send the same type of package. Quick Ship save the service type, packaging, weight, and declared value. You may add new QuickShip entries using the menu on the left side of this page.

FedEx recommends using a scale to determine the most accurate weight of your package. FedEx reserves the option to re-weigh packages and may adjust accordingly. Please make sure the weight entered field is accurate. Any discrepancies between the specified weight and the actual billed weight will be charged to your credit card.
